PLEASE PARENTS
  • The school authorities expect co-operation of the parents/guardians in maintaining regularity, discipline punctuality, politeness, cleanliness and study habits in the children.
  • Parents should look out for their wards' daily homework and see whether the assigned homework is satisfactorily completed or not. Parents shall deliberately create a study environment for children at home.
  • Visits are welcome. All dealing with the teachers and students shall be conducted through the sanction of Principal only.
  • Vehicles shall not be parked in front of the school gate.
  • Communicate promptly the reasons for your child's absence or leave. For this purpose you must use Regularity Record given in the Handbook.
  • Answer books of annual examinations will be shown only on the paper showing day and time.
  • Progress Report/Results will be given only to the parents.
  • Small children should not be entrusted with payment of fee.
  • Examination and tests enable parents to evaluate the progress of their wards and pay due attention to their studies at home accordingly. It is a must for the follow up of school inputs considering the scholastic and non-scholastic performances of the child.
  • If a student does not have 75% of attendance for a year, he/she may not be permitted to appear for the annual examination.
  • It is compulsory to attend parents-teachers meeting and other school events when it is held. It is only with the support and the cooperation of the parents that the school can promote all-round development of the pupils.
  • Parents are requested not to send their wards during the class hours except in cases unforeseen circumstances or serious illness and in cases someone from home with an application duly signed (same as the specimen signature) signed by the parents must come to fetch the ward.
  • A student who fails twice in the same class will be asked to leave the school.
  • A student who takes or gives dishonest help at an examination will be debarred from the rest of the examination and promotion, and such students may even be dismissed from the school.
  • The issue of T.C. implies that all the dues to and from the school are completely cleared. No claim of dues from school or refunding will be considered one month after the issue of Transfer Certificate.
